In general.....

We want to treat everyone how we would like to be treated.

We rarely have returns or issues with our pottery because........

• We examine each piece before we even have the item for sale.
• We can send pictures, upon request, of all pottery before it is shipped.
• We explain and review, via phone or email, all purchased pottery.

  
Sizes of all products are approximate to the nearest half inch and volume measurement shown on that product's page.

Every item is made by hand on the potter's wheel or hand-formed using the slab table
This makes each one unique as a fingerprint.

Pots will vary in shape, size, glaze, and patterns because they are hand made.

Pictures online are a good representation of what the pottery looks like.

Note: Our pottery glaze colors might look different depending on what they are viewed on (computer monitor or device).
