Order Timeline Policy

In-stock:  How long will it take to get my pottery?
In store pick up/curbside pick up:
  • After you receive an email notification or phone call that your order is in-stock, you can pick your order up in our store (or curbside) during our regular business hours or call for an appointment.

Shipping:
  • We will ship your pottery order as soon as we can.  Usually, we will ship your order within a few business days after purchase.  Sometimes, we can ship your order on the day of purchase,




Out-of-stock:  How long will it take to get my pottery?
We are extremely busy small business that loves to create unique handmade pottery.  But it takes time!
  • Please allow 3-14 weeks for your pottery to be made if it is out-of-stock.
  • If you need the pottery sooner than 3-14 weeks, please call us and check to see what we have available BEFORE you checkout.
  • We have 350+ established items available in 14 glaze colors, so we never have every single item in-stock. We will specifically create your order for you if it's not in-stock.


How will I know when my pottery order is ready?
We will notify you when your pottery is completed via email, phone call, or text* (*on request).
