Shipping Information

All shipped products will be shipped via
United States Postal Service.

Boxes will be insured for the total
amount value of the contents of the
box being shipped.

The minimum shipping and handling
charge per order is $15.00.
Sales tax is 7%.

Additional charges may apply for expedited
services.

Allow 7 days prior notice before the date the
item(s) are needed. A majority of items are
in stock. If an item is not in stock, please
allow 4-8 weeks for the item to be finished.
Time frame can change depending on the
season.

How to Pay
Accepted method of payment will be a
personal check or a Credit Card.

When will the item(s) be shipped
Items will be sent after the payment has
cleared.

Additional Information
From Miry Clay Pottery will contact you after
viewing your order to specify type of delivery,
date pottery is needed, final cost, and to
make sure your order is correct.

If you have not heard from us within a
couple of days, please send us an email or
contact us via phone.

We try not to work or send out emails on
Sundays.

Damaged product during delivery
If your item has been damaged in the
delivery, please hold on to the box, the
packaging material, and the damaged
product.

All boxes are insured through the USPS
for the total amount of product in the box.

Please take any damaged product to the
post office for reimbursement.

Also, please notify From Miry Clay Pottery
if you received damaged product.

No refunds of cash. If item is not what
you are looking for, you may exchange for
item of equal or lesser value.
